You'll learn how to utilize the most effective parts of your body, your fists, elbows, feet and knees for the most impact as well as keep fit! Of course, if anyone should trouble you, they'll be in for a good lesson!
Host 1: Chin Kvan Chai

A grandmaster of Cambodian boxing, he has minted many of Cambodia's top boxers. Young children from the provinces often travel all the way to Phnom Penh to learn from him. Boxing is however not a very lucrative sport in Cambodia and Kvan Chai doubles as a moto-tuk driver in the evenings.

Like any other sport, you start the session with a series of warm-ups and cardio exercises. These will help you prevent injuries as well as build a good foundation for boxing.
Next will be a session on the basic techniques of boxing, including punching, kicking and leg movements. Following which will be an advanced session on the usage of your elbows and knees for the most devastating impact.
Finally, there'll be a session of self defence where you'll learn how to deal with a variety of attacks commonly used by thugs and how to repel them!
