A passionate chef of Nepal’s favourite dish, Samraj is also a socially conscious person. He hopes to supplement his income through teaching and help support social initiatives to train the disadvantaged in his trade.

We’ll pick you up from your hotel and bring you straight to your hosts’ place where you will be able to learn the entire process!
